Vacation house with swimming pool - charming Petite Maison

"Petite Maison" is a charming and practical house for vacation, for lodging and accomodation, on two floors, 150m2.

1 st floor: On 1st floor there is a rather big balcony, sunny, and un -concerned, leading out from the doubleroom. From the balcony you have a magnificent view towards the landscape ahead.

In the bathroom on the same floor there is a bathtub with shower. On the same floor there is a lavatory.

Ground floor: The stairs leads down to the sittingroom, where there is a group of 2 chairs and a sofa in front of the open fireplace. On the same level there are two bedrooms,each of them having beds for 2 persons. The beds are separated, and may be arranged as you desire.

Kitchen: The kitchen is roomy and well equiped for 6 persons. There is a refrigerator,micro oven,coffeemachine, oven having gas and electricity, and dishwasher.The room leads out to a roomy terrace, where there is garden furniture and a barbecue on gas. In the house there is air condition as well as electric heating and fireplace.

Surrounding: The house is placed near to the main house, yet sheltered, sunny and peaceful. There is lots of space all around the house.

The pool is about 20 meters away from the house. The water in the pool is on basis of salt, and is very pleasant. It is 12*6m, and there is roman stairs leading into the water. The terrace around the pool is 90m2,and the area is sunny all day. The view from the pool is beautiful, towards the Pyrenean chain stretching from southeast towards south, and The Canigou mountain in west. There are sunbeds on the poolterrace. Short distance from the Mas to the bicycle road from Thuir to Perpignan, which is quite new, about 20km long. We have 4 bicycles for hire. We also have tabletennis for disposal, and on the ground we have area/sand course suitable for ball games.

Short distance to supermarkets and small shops (boulangerie,boucherie etc.), in Thuir, Llupia, Trouillas. (5 min.). Within same distance you find various winecellars, where you have the offer of wine tasting.
