Mas St. Sauveur on a piece of South-France, Pyrenee-Orientales, "The New Rivera", Cote de Vermielle, The Mediterranean Ocean, the most sunny area of South-France, having 300 days of sun pr year.

Mas St.Sauveur, used to be a vineyard. It is to day an estate 30 Ha, beautifully situated between Trouillas and Thuir. The view goes 360 degrees around us. We have reasonable distance to the beach, to the mountains, to Perpignan and other towns around us, and to numerous villages. St. Sauveur offers very good possibilities for you to move around, for different kinds of activities and feeling of "freedom".

The property is on one hand sheltered, with a beautiful view in all directions, and on the other hand within short distance where ever you want to go. The climate is very pleasant all year around. The summertime is wonderful with sun and water activities all days along. The pool is heated, and you may have a nice swim close to your door, from May-September. This is The French vine area number one, the French Catalanland. This part of south France offers you a unique travel through European history, of the past and of the present times.

The U-formed building is the main building on Mas St.Sauveur. In the middel part of the main building is the "Club", where there are two sections of bedrooms for lodging. Close to the mainhouse is the vacation house, Petite Maison.

"La Petite Maison", vacation / holiday house, is on 153m2, on two floors. The house is well equipped, and has beds for 6 persons. It is for renting all year around. This part of the Mas has a special atmosphere.

From Mas St. Sauveur it takes you 20-30 minutes to go to the ocean and the beaches, 20 minutes to the Spanish boarder, 20 minutes to Perpignan, 5 minutes to Thuir.

A number of villages are close around, and you will find nice and intimate restaurants both in Thuir, in town, along the beaches or any where along the roads. Perpignan airport (Rivesalte-Perpignan): 25 minutes. Barcelona and Toulouse, 2 hours.

Mas St Sauveur er en tidligere vingård, ca 30 Ha (300 mål) eiendom med unik beliggenhet, utsyn med 360 graders skue, sentralt i forhold til strand, fjell, by og landsbyer. Eiendommen byr på usedvanlig gode muligheter for bevegelse, aktiviteteter og frihetsfølelse. Her er åpent, solrikt og fredelig beskyttet. Eiendommen ligger sentralt, og fullstendig fritt og usjenert. Den U-formede bygning er hovedhuset på Mas St Sauveur. I den midtre del av hovedhuset er "Clubben", med to sektioner med soverom for leie. Like ved hovedhuset er feriehuset, Petite Maison.

"La Petite Maison", 153 m2 på to plan, godt utstyrt, med plass til 6 personer, leies ut hele året. I hovedhuset er det en egen seksjon, med rom til leie. Der er eget kjøkken og to dusjer/wc. Her er plass for inntil 7 personer å bo, i en spesiell atmosfære.

Vi hører til Catalanland. Klima er behagelig vår, høst og vinter. Somrene er varme, med sol og badeliv fra mai til september/ oktober.

Mas St. Sauveur ligger ca 20 min fra havet, 20 min fra spanske grensen, 20 min fra Perpignan,5 min fra Thuir, og har ellers et utall av landsbyer rundt seg i umiddelbar nærhet. Intime og trivelige restauranter i Thuir og ellers i landsbyene omkring.
